การติดเชื้อผ่านแนวดิ่ง (อังกฤษ: vertically transmitted infection) หรือการติดเชื้อจากมารดาไปยังทารก เป็นการติดเชื้อแบบหนึ่งที่อาจเกิดได้ทั้งจากแบคทีเรีย ไวรัส หรือปรสิต ที่ถ่ายทอดจากมารดาไปยังตัวอ่อนหรือทารกในครรภ์ระหว่างการตั้งครรภ์ หรือติดต่อไปยังทารกในขณะคลอดก็ได้
